Tonight we head down to Talladega Superspeedway for some high flying action in the AKM Monday Night Money Series Presented by the Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure. Last week at Phoenix featured great racing in both servers. In the B Server Ron “The track making Master” Rigdon took home the victory and brought home $12 for himself. Guy “The Grass Cutter” Snyder IV finished 2nd. CJ “Still don’t know what CJ stands for” LaVair finished 3rd. Zac “The Franchise….that’s right Reutimann get some” McDaniel finished 4th. Kevin “Funnel Cake” Inglin rounded out the top 5. In the Main Server teammates Michael “Congrats on winning your first race without needing half of the field getting a blackflag at end……..haha just kidding you won 2 years ago when you won all of our hearts” Sharp and Richie “EAST BOUND AND DOWN” Davidowitz finished 1st and 2nd and brought home $60 for The Franchise. Both Sharp and Davidowitz passed then leader Greg Wellen on the last restart to secure the victory and the 1-2 finish for McDaniel Racing Inc. Jason “Your youtube story still makes me laugh” Cox finished 3rd. Greg “How come your wife won’t respond to any of my comments on Jason Williams’ facebook page?” Wellen finished 4th. Matt “The setup making man” Vassar rounded out the top 5. As of now Adam “Grill me some Burgers NOWWW” Peter holds a 63 point lead over Harrison “Thanks again for the Facebook friend request” Widelitz. Jason Cox, Matt Vassar, and Michael Sharp round out the top 5. Tonight at Talladega should be a very exciting race. With side by side and 3 wide action presenting itself every lap, there’s always going to be action at the longest track on the AKM Monday Night Money circuit. Drivers will need to get good pit stops and to watch out for the big one if it occurs. Practice should start at around 7:30 EST with Knockout Qualifying taking place at around 8:45 EST. Qualifying in both servers should take place at around 9:15 EST with the green flag dropping shortly after.
