Tonight the AKM Monday Night Money Series Presented by the Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure drivers head to the famous 2.5 mile oval in Indianapolis Speedway. Two weeks ago at Chicagoland featured a caution free race in the B Server and a wild one in the Main Server. In the B Server Richard “Beasnizzle” Beasley took home the victory and cashed in on $12 for Owner James Dailey. In the Main Server Ray “Dig Master” Alfalla took home his 3rd victory of the year and brought home $40 for Owner Jeff Hale Sr. Justin “The Rookie” Roberts finished in 2nd and brought home $20 for Owner Rob Nesies. Landon “Mr. Consistency” Harrison came home in 3rd which seems like the 8th time he’s done it this season. A.J. “I still haven’t had buttered Chicken Patties since you mentioned it” Wood finished in 4th. Dave “Demon” Lanza rounded out the top 5. As of now we again have a new points leader in Justin Roberts, who’s captured it like 11 times or something like that this season. He currently holds a 2 point lead over Jason “You typed that daggum crazy and daggum sexy facebook status of daggum yours……….don’t lie daggumit……………..daggum” Cox. Ray Alfalla sits 3rd in the standings, 85 points behind Roberts. Michael “I haven’t sharted in awhile….I hope this doesn’t disappoint you” Sharp and Greg “Rocketman” Wellen round out the top 5. Tonight should be a very fun race at Indianapolis, which always provides long green flag runs and clean racing. Practice should start at around 7:30 EST with Knockout Qualifying taking place at around 8:45 EST. Qualifying in both servers should start at around 9:15 EST with the green flag dropping shortly after. Tune in to RLMtv at around 9:30 EST for the LIVE flag to flag coverage of the AKM Monday Night Money Series Presented by the Dale Jarrett Racing Adventure!

Midnight Thunder Truck Series

Matt Vassar was able to garner a victory in the Midnight Thunder Truck Series race at Iowa. Matt held off the charging 7 truck of David Schildhouse in a 8 lap dash for cash. Schildhouse was the dominant driver leading a race-high 46 laps and threw what would have been a easy drive to the win by speeding on pit road during the races final pit stops. California race winner Greg Wellen had the lead on the final restart but with 2 tires to everybody else's 4, he faded to a 5th place finish. The race was slowed 5 times for 16 laps and saw 18 lead changes among 9 drivers. This coming Friday, Friday, Friday the Midnight Thunder Series starts its Chase for the Cup at the high speed Chicagoland Speedway in Joliet, Illinois.
